At Hookah Hub Pakistan, we strive to ensure every session is perfect, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy for unused and sealed items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, consumable products like shisha flavors and charcoal cannot be returned once opened.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

  Verification Process

  Our quality control team will review your request to ensure the product is in its original packaging and has not been used.

  Pack and Ship

  Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it back to our warehouse using a trackable courier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  After receiving and inspecting the return, we will issue a store credit or process your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
